- In the event of a breach or violation by the Customer of the terms of this Agreement, KOPL may terminate this agreement forthwith.
KOPL may anytime during the term terminate this agreement by serving a thirty (30) days' notice without cause.
- Upon termination of this agreement for any reason whatsoever, the customer shall forthwith cease the use of the Services.

Unless renewed, the Subscription Term cannot be cancelled early and will end on the expiration date established in the Order Form.
